Answer By Lawyer : You have not specified whether divorce petition is filed or not. If Yes, you can apply for appointment of Mediator through Court. In any case, whenever, divorce petition is filed in Family Court, in Mumbai as you have mentioned, the Court will first refer the matter to the Counsellor attached to the Court.
