Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its construction, meaning, scope, operation, existence, validity or termination, shall be settled by mediation in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 or any statutory amendment thereof. The Mediation shall be in English Language and the seat of the Mediation shall be in ________. The Arbitration Panel shall consist of ______* mediator(s) to be appointed/nominated through/via Vakeel International Arbitration and Mediation Centre which is hereby authorized by both the parties and such appointment/nomination of mediator shall not be challenged on any grounds whatsoever.
